Officer Industrial Relation & Manpower Contract Service (HR)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree majoring in Law
* Minimum 3 years experience in HR Generalist & Industrial Relation, Legal or Manpower Contract Analysis
* Good knowledge in Labor Law, HR Management and Industrial Relation
* Able to perform communication skill (presentation skill), analytical thinking and problem solving
* Good command in English both written & speaking
* Proficient in office computer (Ms Excel)
Responsibilities:
* Under general direction from Coordinator Personnel Service & Industrial Relation, perform the function of Industrial Relation
* Handle Manpower Contract Service administration, monitor and develop Company Policy.
