Advertising Officer - Corporate Communication - PT. PHE

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) is a strategic operational subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero). PHE is designed to manage and develop portfolios in upstream oil and gas business through various schemes includes Joint Operating Body of Production Sharing Contract (JOB-PSC), Pertamina Participating Interest (PPI), and also other partnerships in operating overseas blocks. Besides developing the upstream business, PHE also expanding into the downstream business, it is proved by the participation of PHE as shareholder in the refinery project managed by PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG).

Job Description 

1. Mengendalikan, mengarahkan dan mengevaluasi program pembangunan merek (brand building) melalui kegiatan kampanye periklanan di televisi, surat kabar, radio, social media, dan billboard (above the line).
2. Mengendalikan, mengarahkan dan mengevaluas program pembangunan merek (brand building) melalui aktivitas sales promotion, direct marketing, dan personal selling (below the line).
3. Mengendalikan, mengarahkan serta mengevaluasi implementasi program-program kampanye promosi korporat baik above the line dan below the line di internal dan eksternal perusahaan.
4. Mengendalikan, mengarahkan dan mengevaluasi program-program kampanye promosi above the line dan below the line agar memberikan kontribusi penting dalam brand research.

Job Requirement 
Pendidikan: 
S1 Komunikasi/Public Relation/Sosial

Kompetensi: 

• Memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam bidang ilmu komunikasi/public relation/marketing/advertising.
• Memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris aktif, lisan dan tulisan (TOEFL min.550)
• Memiliki kemampuan desain/layout, menguasai software desain (Photoshop, Adobe Ilustrator) dan digital/internet.
• Mampu menganalisa pekerjaan kreatif (desain iklan cetak, radio, televisi, media luar ruang dan digital/internet).

Pengalaman: 
Minimal 5 tahun di bidang Advertising
